This is the second time I have used Fort Knox storage at Moffat Beach. Each time I have found Maureen to be knowledgeable, efficient and straightforward to deal with. The facilities are clean, secure and well managed. I’d recommend them to anyone who has a need for this service.

I have used the Moffat Beach facility on several occasions for personal and business and each time it has been a hassle free, pleasant experience. Maureen is a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10!

I used one of the small units to store my stuff between rental properties. Even though I only needed the unit for a very short term (less than a month) the service was fabulous - Maureen very helpful with all my questions and paperwork was very efficient. The storage units are clean with easy access in a great location. I'll use them again.

I used Fort Knox Moffat Beach for between house moves, (only for about a month) with household items storage. Maureen was very friendly, available and helpful, the storage space was clean and secure, and the access via gate code 6am - 6pm was fantastic. I would highly recommend, and if ever needed would definitely use the service again. Thanks! Jodie

Thanks to Fort Knox Moffat Beach for a very efficient service. Manager was very helpful and understanding our needs for storing our caravan. We would certainly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage at a reasonable price and friendly cooperation.

Systems that work and a team that's super responsive. Not to mention clean, dry, readily available, secure storage. We used Fort Knox Moffat Beach for nearly two years while overseas. From our experience you'd be hard pressed to find a better storage solution.

The service and shed were perfect. It made moving house easy, move small bits at a time, unpack and move some more. Stress free. No mess. Access was good and I felt my stuff was more then safe.

Cain here from Siluet Removals. From a Removalist perspective, this complex is perfect. Sheds are nice and high. Very clean! And the manager is delightful.

We rented a storage unit from Fort Knox for a few months to store our personal effects and a small boat. Maureen's service was great and everything went smoothly with no hassles. We would definitely use Fort Knox again.

We moved from Toowoomba to Sunshine Coast at the start of this year. Very happy with the service that Maureen offers. She is very helpful and available on the phone to deal with any issues. Would recommend this storage facility

I have been a very happy customer of Fort Knox Moffat Beach for 3 years. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful and prices to be competitive. Communication with the Moffat Beach facility has always been easy and my questions answered in a timely manner. At Fort Knox Moffat Beach you feel like a member of the family and are always welcomed with a warm smile. I will be going back to Fort Knox the next time I need storage space.

We were moving house and in deep trouble with storing all of the fragile stuff we had accumulated over the years, while waiting for the "big day". Who hasn't experienced this? Fort Knox William Street Moffat Beach came to our rescue with extra space that we needed urgently. And it was a pleasure doing business with them. Great service (nothing was a problem), courteous (thank you and can we help further?), very clean and safe facilities and efficient management (7 day/wk access - no problem). We would have no difficulty in recommending this particular business to any organisation or referring this business to others. Well done Maureen and thank you once again. Your help and gracious assistance made for an easy transition in moving our furniture to our new home.
